4 Sundays ~ July 3, 10, 17 & 26, 2011
This July, join us for 4 music-filled Sensational Sundays! Each Sunday will feature special choral music at the 10:30am Eucharist, Choral Evensong with the Cathedral Choir at 3:00pm, a one-hour recital by guest musicians at 4:00pm (entry to recitals is by donation) and Compline:The Service of Gregorian Chant at 9:30pm. All are welcome!
WEEK ONE SUNDAY, JULY 3RD
10:30am: Festival Choral Eucharist
3:00PM: Choral Evensong with the Cathedral Choir
4:00PM: Recital – Svetlana Ponomareva, pianist, born in Siberia, Russia and presently living in Vancouver
9:30PM Compline: The Service of Gregorian Chant
WEEK TWO SUNDAY, JULY 11TH
10:30am: Festival Choral Eucharist
3:00PM: Choral Evensong with the Cathedral Choir
4:00PM: Recital – Marc D’Anjou, organist, from Quebec City, Canada and presently living in Vancouver
9:30PM Compline: The Service of Gregorian Chant
WEEK THREE SUNDAY, JULY 17TH
10:30am: Service with Festival Music
3:00PM: Choral Evensong with the Cathedral Choir
4:00PM: Recital – Hee Soo Yoon, violin, from Korea, and presently living in Vancouver
9:30PM Compline:The Service of Gregorian Chant
WEEK FOUR SUNDAY, JULY 26TH
10:30am: Service with Festival Music
3:00PM: Choral Evensong with the Cathedral Choir
4:00PM: Recital – Henri Paget, organist, originally from St. Jean de Luz, France and presently living in Paris
9:30PM Compline:The Service of Gregorian Chant

I have infinite admiration for the choir members, who are practicing and performing in July!!! That really goes beyond the line of duty!! Well done!!!
My choir, from Christ Church, Elbow Park, in Calgary, is taking services at Westminster Abbey and St. Paul’s Cathedral in London this August!!! I am so proud of them, and so envious!
