Sermon by The Rev. Alisdair Smith
Listen to or Read The Rev. Alisdair Smith’s Sermon
“ I attended a remarkable conference 10 days ago in Cincinnati called Connecting for Community. You may recognize some of the names of the main speakers; Peter Block, John MckNight, Walter Brueggeman, and Peter Koestenbaum. This conference may just have changed the world.
For some time I’ve been wondering what God’s Shalom, God’s Kin-dom might look like here on earth in 21st century, and very importantly what we are called to as children of God to do and be to make God’s Shalom a reality.”
